Landowner Information | Insurance Information | Sportsmen Information

Game on Management Company and GameOnManagement.com is an internet-based service for landowners and the sporting public. We use this internet auction service to arrive at a fair and equitable agreement between landowners and outdoor enthusiasts to lease rights to hunt, fish or other recreational access. Hunters can view maps and other property details and submit a bid for land they are interested in leasing.

Before a property is placed on our site, the lease value and potential is assessed by a Game On Management representative. We then market the lease nationwide, negotiate the contract, establish rules, coordinate liability insurance, write the lease, collect payments, and handle renewals.

LISTING YOUR PROPERTY ON THE SITE

Many landowners want to increase income while maintaining control of those who fish and hunt their land. With a competitive bidding process and a managed lease, our program provides control and good income. Leases are professionally written by our legal representative. We negotiate the lease, collect rent, pay the landowner, issue ID cards, establish rules and monitor usage of the lease. Harvest report cards are sent out for feedback of the amount of game taken off your land.

You can list your land by calling one of our area contacts or by e-mailing us at info@GameOnManagement.com You can also register online at our auction web site, GameOnManagement.com After submitting some basic information to us over the internet we will contact you to discuss the leasing program with you over the phone or come and visit with you in person if you prefer. We will need to know the state, county and legal description of the property, (tax statements are a great source of accurate legal information) total acres to be leased, and approximately how many acres are pasture, timber, crop, wetlands, etc. There is a $100.00 fee per property listed to post your land on our website. This fee pays for marketing, advertising, building a web page for your property, creating maps, and coordinating all bidding and inquiries. Once the property is leased Game On Management will manage the lease on your behalf for a percentage of the gross lease.

Landowners set the minimum acceptable bid for the hunting and or fishing lease, as well as terms of the lease. Game On Management representatives are also available to assist landowners in determining an appropriate lease market value. All bids go to Game On Management. Upon closing of bids, landowners have the option to review the highest bid and bidder information before accepting it. Game On Management representatives will discuss the lease with the successful bidder, setting final rules for access, off-limit areas, and other specific issues. If all information is acceptable to both parties a contract is drawn up by our legal representative. Lessees are given 10 business days to sign the contract and pay for the lease. If the lease is not paid within 10 days the property will go back on the internet for auction.

SUBMITTING A BID ON A PROPERTY

Only registered members of Game On Management are able to bid on properties. It is the bidder’s responsibility to locate and inspect the land and determine what they think the land is worth to them. The highest bidder will be notified by a Game On Management representative shortly after bid closing. There is no fee for submitting a bid for a property we have listed on our site.
